Helping clients with technicial issues ranging from software to devices either over the phone or remotely. I also analyse their driver or vehicle data which is the turned into weekly reports. I am also managing the website such as the products and courses, and take sales phone calls.

I rewrote the whole technical handbook for the company, created tutorials and a FAQ for our software that has been uploaded onto our website. I also deal with uploading analogue charts and timesheets to the analysis websites.
